Assembly instructions are included in the product package 

Faux leather: Regular dusting should be enough to keep the it dust-free. If necessary, you can wipe it with a damp or dry cloth. Use an absorbent cloth to dab at any spilling liquid.

Velvet: Wipe clean with a dry cloth or use a hand vacuum to draw out loose dust and dirt. Use an absorbent cloth to dab at any spilling liquid.

Poly fabric: For debris, hair, and dust, a lint roller and hand hand vacuum should get the job done! Use an absorbent cloth to dab at any spilling liquid.

It's very unlike that you will find your order is missing something. However, it it does happen, please reach out to us immediately so that we can get the issue situated.


We're here to offer you a 30-day return policy for any Koby Home products.

In order to reduce waste, and responsibly recycle or refurbish returned items, we charge a return shipping fee equal to 10% of the paid value, with the original package intact.

If the original package is not include, the fee is 20% of the paid value

However, defective or damaged products are covered by our warranty and aren't subject to any return shipping fees.

Email our customer support team ( with your order number to arrange a return pick-up. Please include photos of the product that show its current condition and any potential defects.

Note: make sure to initiated the return within 30 calendars of receipt in order to be eligible for returns.


You don't need to worry, shipping is always free with us, on all US orders.

We ship anywhere within the contiguous US with UPS or FedEx. Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or to PO Boxes.

However, we are more than happy to ship to any forwarder upon your request as long as the forwarder is located in the contiguous US.

Unlike others, we don't make you wait for months to receive your order. We usually ship your order out within 2 - 3 business days. Once shipped, it will take roughly 5 - 7 business days to arrive.

A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped for a more accurate estimate for delivery window.

If you notice the item is damaged upon delivery, simply refuse the item from the carrier and reach out to us. If you notice it after the delivery, please take a few photos and send them to us by email at within 24 hours. We will assess the damage and find the best approach to fix the issue.
